Free Trial Details

Concours Pro offers free trials for all system levels.

This article is for the 21-day Free trial and Free Account Setup Offer, which is only for BUSINESS ESSENTIALS, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD users.

For SOCIAL MASTER users, it is a 3-day Free Trial, which excludes the Free Account Setup Offer and Free Usage Credit.

To ensure all our clients get the attention they deserve, we have a limited number of free trials and free setups available each month. Only one 1 free trial per applicant. If your free trial is cancelled, not completed, or doesn’t progress to a full account, no replacement free trial is available.

Here's how the free trial works:

1. Go to the main Concours Pro page, and click 'Get Started' on your desired subscription level.
2. You will be redirected to our Stripe checkout. Enter your details to get started with your Free Trial.
3. Keep an eye on your SMS and emails for details on your new account.
4. Once your account has been set up you will receive an email with your link to set your password and log in.
5. Check out our Free Account Setup Offer email. If you wish to take up our offer, click the link in the email within 2 weeks of your trial starting.
6. To complete your Free Account Setup, you must submit the Onboarding Questionnaire within 2 weeks of your free trial starting. You will be emailed a link to complete it.
7. We complete your account setup as requested.
8. You may need to have an onboarding call with our support team to complete your free account setup. Book it in when requested, and join your call via Google Meet to complete your account setup and take a tour of your newly set up account.
9. After your free trial, your subscription starts.

Free Usage Credit Included

All free trials include $20 AUD of credit for any Concours Pro paid features including monthly phone number rental, voice calls – incoming and outgoing, call forwarding, call recording and storage, number validation, spam detection, name lookup, SMS sending and receiving (per 160 character SMS segment), email sending, email validation, auto-complete address, automation workflow premium triggers and actions, and all AI features.

After your free credit has been used you will be billed in the normal monthly billing cycle.

The $20 AUD free trial usage credit is roughly equivalent to:

• Monthly rental of one Australian mobile phone number, PLUS...
• • Sending 5993 emails
  • Or sending 77 SMS (single segment)
  • Or creating 199 Conversation AI messages
  • Or generating 44000 words of Content AI text
  • Or generating 66 Content AI Images
  • Or receiving 4.7 hours of mobile / local phone calls, answered in the app.

Here's what's included in the Free Account Setup Offer:

• Basic setup and configuration of all Business Essentials level features is included unless excluded below.
• Integrations limited to one each of the following: MS365, Google, Paypal, Stripe and All Social media scheduler accounts.
• Invoicing setup is limited to basic business and invoice setup – Products and services set up / import excluded.
• CRM setup is limited to maximum 20 custom fields of the standard types.
• Calendar setup is limited to one calendar integration and setup of one personal (one-on-one) calendar.
